MTEC Stainless Steel Brake Lines (Various Colors) - 2013+ FR-S / BRZ

    $109.98
MTEC Industries brake lines are made of the finest PTFE hose with a stainless steel wire braided cover and permanently crimped-on zinc plated steel fittings. They reduce volumetric expansion giving you the reliability and safety you demand. Stainless steel lines will give protection from issues along with enhancing the appearance of your installation. Overtime and under continuous use OEM rubber lines can swell and expand, exposing the driver to brake fade. The rubber cover is also vulnerable to attacks from the ozone layer rubber which causes it to deteriorate. Rubber hoses might be susceptible to flying debris in extreme applications such as auto crossing, hard driving, and racing.

  3. Spiegler Brake Lines BRZ / FRS Rear

    Spiegler Brake Lines (Rear) - 2013+ FR-S / BRZ

    $99.79
Rear OEM factory replacement brake lines for 2013+ Scion FR-S and Subaru BRZ, including the proper 90 degree fitting (same as OEM). Stated simply, some of the automotive brake lines currently on the market are downright frightening. Looking at the fitting and assembly quality makes you wonder where the parts came from, and who put them together. Low grade carbon steel fittings, sloppy stainless weave, no abrasion coatings, substandard linings the list goes on. When you consider that your brake lines are the critical safety link between your foot and your calipers, these facts are not exactly comforting. Not only are some of these parts suspect, it can take forever to actually receive them after placing an order.

Stoptech® Stainless Steel Braided Brake Lines provide a quicker, firmer, more consistent pedal response by maintaining consistent brake pressure. Additionally, stainless steel lines provide precision brake modulation, especially during threshold braking. The improvement in pedal feel is more dramatic on older vehicles where the factory rubber line may have softened and swelled due to age. StopTech® brake lines consist of a PTFE (commonly referred to as Teflon®) inner line that carries the brake fluid, which is then covered with a layer of stainless steel woven braid. The PTFE tube is very resistant to expansion under pressure and will not degrade from exposure to brake fluid.
