FT86SF's Complete Suspension Guide
Entry Level Coilovers
Trying to just lower your car? Trying to decrease body roll when taking corners? Regardless of what your goal is we have you covered. Braces, end links, bushings, coil overs, shocks, struts, springs, sway bars, we have it all and more. Take a look below!
$3,287.46The car performs well on streets and can be taken to a race track. If the focus is more towards performance, then the car can act even better with lowered ride height, but then the factory designed kinematics wouldn’t work as it supposed to. The Wisefab kit would bring the RC and camber gain back to normal range, providing better roll stiffness, better handling and grip. It has about 45mm A-arm joint drop compare to original knuckle.
$3,024.9562 degrees of lock, parallel steering. Consistent and predictable self-alignment torque. Caster is not the only important parameter to provide sufficient self-alignment torque especially at high lock. It’s the combination of different parameters to maintain consistent trail and self-alignment torque. With our setup the steering wheel turns always to the direction of movement and doesn’t get stuck at full lock.
$94.95Increase steering response and feedback with STI gear box bushings. Made in Japan
$269.00SPL's front tie rod ends allow the tie rod end pivot to be relocated, which will correct bump steer resulting from modified caster or lower arm geometry, thus reducing lap times.
$120.00Minimize movement in the steering rack for a sharper, quicker steering feeling.
$199.80KCA435 is designed to raise the front roll-center geometry by using specially engineered ball-joints & tie rod ends while still maintaining original steering geometry in the Scion FR-S and Subaru BRZ. Front roll geometry actually encourages roll the lower you go. Testing proves that raising the front roll-center resulted in a substantial increase to front roll resistance & a significant reduction in suspension compression of the outside front wheel during cornering (less roll). This improves weight distribution & maintains a better camber angle which ultimately improves front grip. The overall outcome is significantly reduced understeer through reduced front wheel compression as well as improved steering precision & vehicle stability.
$97.00The stock pieces are designed to work for a stock car under normal type conditions. Under heavy braking, the front control arm main pivot flexes, causing changes to your alignment. After upgrades like stickier tires, brakes or stiffer suspension bushings, the OEM brace doesn't cut it when pushing your car to the limits. The PERRIN control arm braces are CNC machined from 6061 Aluminum making these parts much stiffer than the stock part.
