The SPL eccentric lockout kit eliminates the stock eccentric bolts to keep your rear toe alignment exactly where you set it. You must have adjustable control arms in order to adjust toe after eliminating the stock eccentric bolts.

Three position mounting holes for sway bar end links and shock mounting allows you to alter geometry to prevent end link binding and quickly adjust motion ratios and resulting spring and sway bar effectiveness.
